BASIC (1)
Basics is a foundational hatha yoga class designed for beginners and those interested in a moderate practice blending the science of bio-mechanics with the art of the human spirit. This class offers a synergy of guided movement, breath and alignment instruction, and cultivates physical strength, joint mobility (which contributes positively to muscle elasticity), breath awareness, energy flow, and concentration. 
SLOW FLOW (2)
Slow Flow brings the element of time into the flow practice and focuses on purposeful movements guided by breath. Extensive verbal cues and physical embodiment of the yoga postures create a safe, comfortable environment to practice yoga as a beginner or at intermediate levels. Each pose is presented with various options, based on each person’s level of experience. Slow Flow Yoga allows time and space to exist between transitions and an emphasis is placed on focused breathing, connecting the mind to the present moment, and increased physical movement and sensation.
VINYASA FLOW (2) 
Vinyasa Flow describes a creative style of yoga that intelligently sequences poses to come together in a blended and smooth synergy of movement and breath. This class offers an uplifting exploration of the polarities inherent in the bio-mechanics of movement, breath and mindfulness--inhalation/exhalation, strength/flexibility, contraction/extension, power/agility, concentration/proprioception, etc.  Guided visualization and precise instruction concentrate the attention in the body, which, in conjunction with vinyasa-inspired movements and ujjayi breath, increase the internal fires/heat that serve to move stagnating energy, enhance metabolic processes and raise the level of endorphins in the brain.
POWER FLOW (3-4)
Power Flow is a dynamic form of vinyasa yoga which involves sequenced movements blended with breath that are typically repeated and consistently built upon during the course of the class to add degrees of challenge. This type of yoga is taught in a heated studio which makes it a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness. Recommended for those who seek athleticism in yoga and for cross-training purposes, as well as for those who want to get out of their heads and into their body! 
RESTORATIVE YOGA (1-4)
Restorative yoga, as the name suggests, slows everything in the yoga practice way down, so you can observe and nurture and integrate your most precious assets: your physical body and your mind. This class invites the physical body to quiet down so as to cultivate and observe the stillness within. From within this stillness, breathing practices, gentle instruction and guided visualization serve to awaken, move, and deepen awareness within the body-mind systems to take you to deeper levels of consciousness (mindfulness). Tap into what is commonly knows as the 'Rest & Relaxation Response' (the parasympathetic nervous system) which has positive implications for managing social anxiety, depression, insomnia, persistent (chronic) pain, addictive tendencies (and more). A delicious class to end the day or week with.
