Our whole health studio embodies the true meaning of wellness.  Our classes are smaller with a more personalized, progressive approach.  Our whole health team consist of certified exercise physiologists, Whole Health Educators®, physical therapists, strength and conditioning coaches, and corrective exercise specialists.  Our personal training, semi-private personal training, small group training, and whole health coaching programs provide you with the tools you will need to successfully reach your goals.

Private Training
Our one-on-one,  individualized personal training begins with an initial evaluation to place you with the appropriate trainer for your specific needs and goals.  Our certified trainers specialize in specific populations and are required to continue professional development and continuing education.  Our approach, along with the highest quality team, will ensure accountability, commitment and success.

Semi-Private Training
Choose 1-2 training partners and get the same quality, individualized training - at more cost-efficient pricing.

Small Group Training* (1-4)
Small group training is a cost-effective way to get personalized attention to ensure proper technique, form, and progression. 

Functional Progressive (2-4)
This fusion type workout consists of intense, challenging cardiovascular/strength rotations, incorporating many modalities of training.  Our trainers program these classes with the expectation of consistent attendance, which in turn ensures progressive results. The improvements in strength, increased metabolism, fitness level, and goal attainment will provide you with the motivation and excitement to keep coming back!

TRX®/ Functional (1-4)
This combination of suspension training and functional training provide a well-rounded, results-driven class. Suspension training, bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Functional training provides you with the stability, mobility and function in your muscular systems that you need to thrive in your every day life or in your                    specific sports.
