Pilates
STOTT Pilates Method, a contemporary approach to original Pilates teachings was developed by sports medicine / fitness professionals and physical therapists to assure the most optimal programming development.  Pilates repertoire of exercises either on a mat or using special apparatus with particular focus from the deeper muscles, strengthening from the core out to the periphery.  Pilates improves physical strength, flexibility, posture and can be an excellent form of exercise in many post rehab situations.

Essential Reformer * (1-2) Intermediate Reformer * (2-4)
Pilates equipment classes allow eccentric and concentric resistance, three-dimensional movement and total musculoskeletal conditioning.  The reformer delivers a total body workout that increases lean body tissue, muscular strength, enhances posture and cardio endurance.

Cardio Tramp™
A combination cardio and Reformer interval class designed to stimulate both cardiovascular and muscular systems. Cardio-Tramp® combines cardio intervals with muscular strength and endurance on a vertical mini trampoline. A strong core focus with cardiovascular benefits.

Essential Mat Pilates (1-2) Intermediate Mat Pilates (2-4)
Pilates on the Mat is the perfect STOTT PILATES® mat class for all levels of participants.  Challenge the core while strengthening the muscular system.  Learn the 5 basic principles of the pilates discipline to ensure results and effectiveness of  workout. 

Core Barre
This barre workout emphasizes the proper biomechanics of movement to increase strength, flexibility, endurance and dynamic stability.  Muscular strength exercises combined with core stability exercises with balanced anterior and posterior muscle work elicit a results driven, effective workout.
