pulse cardio X-training classes are 55 minutes in length unless otherwise noted. Our pulse group fitness consists of results driven cardio monitored classes. Pulse classes are based off of exercise science to result in the most optimal and effective workouts possible. Our classes will be scheduled in Intensity Zones, which are updated on our monthly newsletter and website.
Our pulse cardio classes will be heart rate-monitored by Heart Zones, the first heart rate monitoring system in the world. A rotation of a combination of cardiovascular and strength stations facilitated by our highly trained/experienced pulse coaches will take your fitness level beyond your expectations.
A shorter version of our pulse X-train class but with the same effective techniques, benefits and results.
All of pulse cardio is programmed to allow you to schedule your fitness routine effectively avoiding overtraining/undertraining and decreasing your risk of injury. pulse cardio has a 3-Zone focus: Endurance – Strength – Power. Our classes may focus on one, a combination, or all of these zones in any given class.
